I think that is kind of high given that it doesn't have the NAV. Personally, I'd opt for one with the nav but if that's not a problem to you, try negotiating price. Maybe around $22k

TOO much. i traded in my 08 TL-S with 33k for $25,000 in July.... they sold it for $27k, and it had the Aspec kit, window visors, tints and a Viper 5900SST
$25k = Type S with about 35k miles

Being a member of the used car industry, the price is not too bad, if and only if the vehicle is in good condition. I mean, very little to no paintwork, clean title history, and absolutely no frame damage. I have seen higher priced 07 TL's with similar specs. But of course if you want a lower price on an 07, find one with higher miles. If I were you however, i would get a NAV model.
This car is way overpriced. I just ended a lease on a 2007 with 15,700 miles on it and the residual on the car was $21,500 and it had Navigation. A friend purchased it from the dealer where I was to return it at after I purchased my new Tl. He paid the $21,700 plus $499 dealer fee and got 3.9% financing. The offered to certify the car or sell him a extended warranty for another $1500. I would guess this dealer has about $21,000 in it with certification. They try to tell you it cost them $2000 to certify a car.

You were probably joking, but if you were serious I must tell you that you cannot sell anything until you are fully qualified.

It is definately clean. I just bought the same year with 28K clean same, options, new tires and I bumped up the bumper to bumper warranty 3 years. I am in FL. I will post pix when I can, i'm new to this site. I paid around $22k but had $10k down to bargain with. Mine is alabaster silver metallic with ebony leather interior. $24k OTD is ok. I got a little lucky, the junoir salesman misquoted me in the lot $19,900, so I also had that to work with.
too much $$...i just got my '06 TL 6speed with NAVI with 19,086 miles CPO from Acura dealer for 22,500...sticker price was over $26 but i talked them down...just decide on the price you want to pay and stick to it, make your offer, when they say no, just walk out of the dealership...if they see you are serious they will either accept or make an counter offer...thats what i did...works every time!
