I really doubt anybody here would know, but I figure I might as well ask... any idea when the 2005 TL service manuals will be available from helminc? Or are they available from somebody else?

 

I dont think there is enough difference from the 04 to 05 to warrant a completely new set of manuals. If I had to guess, there might be some kind of 05 Addendum instead.

Your best bet is to email the Helm people and ask them directly.

If you do, let us know what they say.

Casper - you were right, it is the same manual for the 2004 & 2005.

 

Anybody with a 2005TL Owner's manual, can you look in the back at the Authorized Manuals page, and verify the Publication Form Number for the 2005 Acura TL Service Manual?

The number for the 2004TL service manual is 61SEP00, so I just want to verify if the 2005 is the same number or different. People who ordered the 2005TL service manual from Helm said that it was on back order, which makes me wonder if it is the same manual.

I called Helm, and they said the 2005 manual is not available yet, and they don't know when it will be available, so if someone really needed a manual for a 2005, there shouldn't be a problem using the 2004 manual.

Now my next question is, if you order the 61SEP01, will it come with a supplement for the 2005 changes?

 

No idea - but I just submitted my order. It took about a week for me to get the manuals for the TSX when I ordered them a while ago... I will let you know
