Welcome, I am in Columbus. I have an 08 base-non nav. I could not find a Tl-S in my price range I like. Love the TL, a lot of fun and regardless of it being base, it is fun to drive.

We hit 50 in Columbus yesterday, amazing what a couple hours south can bring.

 

Where is the attachment icon?

not sure, that's how it came up on my cell phone

Also, I downloaded the ib auto group app, and it takes me to the browser when I open it. And I'm obviously having some compatibility issues with this site and my Galaxy S4. anybody have some sound advice?

where in Columbus are you? I used to live in Worthington, and my brother recently moved from alum Creek to Pickerington. Ironically, he has a tl too. lol

Welcome! I have an 07 KBP TL-S in Cincinnati (Hamilton more specifically), however if your in Blue Ash at the righ time you'll see mine! I know of 3 others around the area.

Damn it's July, Ohio has some beautiful summer weather(except Cleveland). Winter is atrocious. I am not of fan.

2005 Silver TL Base here. I'm in Akron, OH. Just got the car a month and a half ago.

Only did a few things so far. I can't spend too much money on mods for a while. I know the first thing someone will probably say is A Spec kit or lower it. It's my daily driver and I'm only doing a few cheaper but quality mods to it. Already have all the stuff to clear and blackout the headlights, also got ZKW-R lenes from theretrofitsource.com to swap in while the lights are apart.




I usually don't post any license plate but it's a temp tag that has been expired for a month so I don't see any harm.

 

Looks sweet Darren!! Silver is a great looking color and goes well with anything black.

 

Thanks, I have the same color scheme on my prelude. It's funny how things turn out, I was looking at a few colors when shopping for the TL and I wind up getting the EXACT same paint code as my prelude. At least I can get thing painted for both cars at once,lol.

 

Seems like this turned into a pseudo Ohio introduction thread so here goes. I'm also in Columbus sporting my 04 Anthracite Metallic TL. Haven't personalized it much yet besides an iSimple and remote start. But I've halfway pieced my A-Spec kit together that after that I'll contempt for a little while, hopefully.

Darren I see you already blacked out your grill, but not the Emblem. That is exactly what I plan on doing too. Looks so much cleaner.

 

I like the looks of the blacked out grille trim with the "A" left chrome as well. It definitely adds a custom appearance without going overboard. Consider doing the same to your silver strip above the license plate. I like it on my RRP. Congrats on the new ride.

Thanks. I originally had the rear silver strip done but when I took the masking tape and paper off it lifted the corner and looked like crap so I just took the rest of the plastidip off that piece. If/when I redo it, I'm going the remove that trim piece and dip it while it's off.

 

Looks like JL got rid of his miro's!

 

Whats up Ohio folks?! I work in Akron and live in Canton and have a boosted 2007 TL-S 6MT and am working on assembling a new race engine for her but i'm always down to chill!

 

For anyone interested... Columbus Car Audio is putting together a little event downtown this upcoming saturday the 19th from 7-10 pm. I know about 4 Acura's that will be there.. its a free cruise in, I will be there for a little while.
