The Heated Side Mirrors Button and Side Mirror Controls Aren't Lit...why!?

So I noticed today, that the side view mirror controls & the side HEATED Mirror buttons aren't lighted, neither is the switch from L--R to switch which mirror you want to point down on reverse....

does this light up for others? if not, why did acura do this?

My "MIRROR" button lights up; but the others do not (L-R; heater switch).. I have quite a few burned out lights so I thought this was just another burned out one..

Does your VSA switch light up?

yeah this doesn't make sense? If they have an "indicator" light when its turned on, why not have a light to backlit the button? Maybe that's the reason? because it has an amber indicator so that you know its on?

odd huh

In this case, nobody else knows better than the Honda engineers who designed the button. Why don't you call the Acura Customer Service, they probably can give you an answer if it bugs you that much.

Personally, I don't know why but I don't care.

Same thing happen to me. I took it to the dealer for warranty work. They don't have the parts in stock and will have to "special" order it. As for the L and R switch, in the 06 model it's not suppose to light up.
