Headlight tints

I know i know... It's not the smartest thing as it reduces visibility, but having them blackout out (from inside) is a big job that i can't get into this year.
With that being said, I have a NBP 07 base TL and I would like to tint my headlights.

Do you guys have any recommendations? i.e. suppliers, pictures, tint %, etc

thanks,
MM

Agree with thoiboi and if you are going to go forward with this mod, you need to make sure whatever you use to tint can stand up to the heat generated by the HIDs. My $0.02

it's your car. go forth and do!!!
personally, headlight tinting on the outside looks like trash and obscures light output. that's 2 strikes against it...
BUTT, if you want it...my words arent stopping you from doing it...

all you have to do is type in google...head light tint and you will get TONS of hits...you dont even have to ask us next time, as you knew what our responses will be

It's your car, so you can do as you like. What do you mean by "flashy?" You should also check with local laws / regs unless that doesn't concern you.

Honestly, on my accord blackhousing the inside of the headlights was pretty easy. Granted, those were accord headlights, and not acura projectors worth hundreds of dollars....but the concept/procedure of opening and closing them is the same. Just need to be careful.

The last thing I would do is reduce the light coming out of my headlights, when I need it to see at night.

Do it right the first time. I wouldn't even waste time and money messing with headlight tint. All you need is one day to open, paint and close. I've done it a few times.

Alright alright... you guys brought me back to my sense. I will hold my horses and wait to do it properly.

Thanks!

Do a light tint with eBay vinyl on the outside, I have done it to a couple of cars and it holds up great

Not really, have had nothing but positive comments on mine.

To each their own I guess

That's one of my options but the most expensive one... I can think of many other mods to do for $800
Plus if i do it myself i can have my own custom look... i'd really like to paint that middle chrome bezel black or red like the ones i saw here.
I also thought of shipping them to Bruce but shipping by itself will be over $300 since im in Canada.
