Angry Headlight replacement

I opened the hood to see how hard it would be to replace the headlight bulbs with 6000k. It looks like the engine and transmission will have to be removed to replace the bulbs. :banghead: :banghead:

Are you saying they have to be replaced at 6000 miles or at 6,000,000 miles? k = 1024 or for some folks k = 1000.

Anyway Xenon last a lot longer than normal bulbs and shouldn't be a worrisome item unless they are damaged. One of my TSX Xenon headlights shorted out and it only took 45 minutes to replace under warranty. The Xenon headlights on my Audi were still working at 90k when I sold it to buy the TSX.

He's looking to change the color of his lights.

decky243, actually, no, you can go in through the fenders, remove the wheel, then the fender liner (takes about 10 minutes to open), then you have access to the back of the head light and parking lights (not fogs).

I saw this when I changed over my side markers, see the following link:

Thanks to I-Mod for the photos!
