Headlight Questions
Headlight Questions
Hi All,
I plan on doing a LED-strip mod like Stephen Bell has done here: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-photograph-gallery-96/new-headlight-leds-buda-man-749893/
If you would be so kind as to reference my previous thread, you will see that my driver's side bright is sticking: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-problems-fixes-114/drivers-side-hid-stuck-840259/
So my question is, since I will have to remove the headlights to do the mod, would this be a good time to also fix the high beam problem? That is, if it's fixable. Or is replacement the better option (will replacing the projector even be an option if I remove the headlights/will replacing the projector fix the problem)?
Thanks for your guidance.

Contact Matt @ The Retrofit Source. Tell him you need a new TL solenoid and that will fix your problem. I believe I already mentioned that in the thread you posted. This problem is easily fixable, but you're going to have to open your headlights to get access to the projector itself.
