Ok so, i have a 98 acura el. My temp was up, car was smoking. -Was not over heating. I ha a leak in my hose that controlled heat. K so easy fix.. now my temp is still up and I have no heat in my car... bad thermostat? or heater control valve?

Thermostat was replaced about a month ago! HELP PLEASE

 

Smoke from where... engine, tail pipe, or kitchen?

You probably didn't purge all the air from the cooling system and/or didn't open the heater valve while purging. Also if the thermostat was installed incorrectly then the thermostat may not open in a timely manner or not at all. Did you do these things correctly?
