So my car is exactly 6 days old and.... a lady backs into my drivers side quarter panel. I have even been doing the typical new car park away from everyone, no food or drinks in it, all the good stuff and today it all happened in slow motion!!! ARRRRRRR!!!!!! A huge dent and chipped paint!! I could have choked her but I was to worried my wife was going too!!

 

Wow dude that sucks. I hope they repair to back to factory specs and at least you dont have to pay.

that suck dude, also the record was about 15 minutes where the guy backed up into a pole at the dealership while pulling out of his parking space.

 

I dont know which would feel worse, having someone else to blame or only having myself to blame. The other part that my wife brought to my attention was we were suppose to have our ASPEC body kit put on tom. I guess that will have to wait!!

I got you beat. Bought my car on a Saturday, rear ended on the next Tuesday. 3 days. Sounds like you have more damage than I did but once I got it fixed it looked good as new. Just use a good body shop and you'll be able to forget all about it.

 

Make sure when you talk to her insurance, you get them to pay out for loss of value. Your car is now worth less in a resale because it has been in an accident, you shouldnt have to pay for it, she should.

 

mine was used but was just over 24 hours when a construction worker without a license plowed into my baby and tried to drive off!!!
