a new 08 TL-S? These should be going for close to if not below invoice the 09's pending release right? Is it worth it to take advantage of the 0.9% financing? I am currently paying close to 6% on a loan (~$19000 remaining) on the 07.

NYC, how much did you pay for your car and when? That way we can weight the interest savings from the deprecaition costs and increases, such as with insurance.

I bought the car last December. My out the door price was $31,500. I put down about $6500, and financed 25,000. My total payment with interest tacked on was/is $27,800 broken down over 3 years. I have about 19000 still owed on the car..

your 07 is worth about 26.5K, a new TL-S is about 34K OTD, so you would basically be spending about 7.5K to save somehwere around 4K...

I was taking into account - my car needs some bodywork (not sure how much it would cost to repaint the hood, and I had posted on an earlier thread that I had a biker ride into my parked car which damaged some of the paint on the edge of the driver door), as well as new front brakes/rotors (quoted $440 for this from hondapartsunlimited), and also rear seat head rests ($220 + shipping). Also, I could use a GOOD detail too (probably will go to Detailing Dynamics in Mineola) - and i know they charge an arm and a leg too.

Paint- touch-up is good enough for the average buyer for the bike hit...
Brakes/rotors - do it yourself, save some $$$
