Im about to trade in my 05 TL for the type s, but I would rather have the wingtip spoiler. Has any one tried getting an 07 TL type s with the wingtip spoiler, or do you have to get the deck lid?

rear wing spoiler*

That'd be nice to see. (Not a fan on deck lids)

Don't "MUNK IT UP" the TL-S if you get it!.....I seen A TL-S with A-SPEC Body kit this past thursday......I hate to say it, but it looked like an after thought, and distorted it's clean look & lines....IMO

I personally think that the wing spoiler looks ugly and doesnt flow with the car! But the type s comes with the decklid spoiler.

Im not saying the deck lid is ugly, but I have the wingtip on my 05 and I like the way it looks. I dont see many TL's that have it, and thats another reason i would like it. It would cost about 500 to swap it out though, and since it comes with the deck lid I think Im just gonna leave it alone

The wing style spoiler is not an option for the TL-S. It is not worth it in my opinion. Looks like you would have to remove the lip spoiler. If it is screwed in the trunk then the trunk lid would have to have the holes filled and repainted. No thanks.

Just out of curiosity, why dont you guys like the Rear Wing? I don't believe in a spoiler making a car look "classy," so don't use that excuse.
