Got a new TL

Actually, not exactly.

You might remember that my TL was totaled recently. Well, now I have this Sorry for mediocre picture quality - garage is kinda cramped.

DSG FTW! I do kinda miss my TL though

Congrats on your replacement TL. I'm sure the new one will be great as well.

oh sorry couldnt tell from the pictures. Good luck then man. I wanted one of those but they were kind of overpriced for the lack of awd on 2.0T. When are they coming out with a awd 2.0T 6speed like a4's have?

Be cautious when driving fast in the cold/rain. If its AWD will help a ton but you still gotta keep the racing within limits. Hopefully you will have this car longer than your TL.

Nice car...did you buy it from audi of richmond??

Doesn't seem like they're planning to combine the 6 speed with their quattro yet. DSG is fine for me though - not as satisfying as rowing gears, but still very fun. I'm planning to get a trial for stage 1 after I get some tints

Yeah, I'm fairly cautious in the rain so it shouldn't be a problem. Not that you can go that fast when it's raining or snowing anyway when cars in front of you are going slow.

And nope, I got it from OpenRoad Audi on Boundary. Richmond didn't give us enough of a discount.

I thought they were putting together quattro and 6speed in 2010. My friend got the exact same car as you and he told me that, but he couldnt wait so he got a DSG instead. I dont understand why they wouldn't do that already since there is A4 already with that combo.

vwvortex is awesome. My other car is a Passat and I used to live on that site. However this is my main squeeze now.

Yeah, VWVortex is a great site. I still prefer the layout of these forums, though. Plus, the people on here seem a little more mature than the guys on the vortex.

You make it sound like it's a bad thing

They're two different cars, I guess. No doubt the TL has more room and power in stock form, but I find this car definitely more fun to drive. Plus, the price-to-performance ratio for mods is much higher, and aftermarket support is much stronger as well.
