I'm sure you know this, but those don't just "bolt on". You've achieved 1/2 your investment, you still need 6MT axles and spindles at a minimum.
I've seen that done before here, but noone has ever addressed if the MC's are the same as well. I figure the bias and pressure may be slightly different for the more sport oriented brake.
Good luck, post up your research findings.

Are the knuckle mounting points for the caliper different between the stock & brembo calipers? Or is the only difference the size of the size of the caliper mounting bolts? 12 mm (stock) vs. 14 mm (brembo).

psheu also states you DO NOT needed to swap the MC. That's great news for those wanting to do the swap.
My concern was based on personal history. In 2006 Harley introduced Brembo as thier OEM brake manufacturer as well. I went to upgrade the calipers/rotors on my V-rod, and found the "hay's" master cylinders didn't work as well with the Brembos. The Mast Cyl's push only so much fluid through the mechanism during a stroke (brake application), and this volume was not enough to properly effect the larger diameter of the Brenbo pistons. The result was a much longer "throw" of the brake levers to effect the same braking pressures. I promptly upgraded the MC's to fix the valving differential.
Acura, being more complicated with this concern AND the concern of ABS/VSA, I would have assumed they would have used a higher flowing MC's to match the larger pistons, and possibly a different VSA/ABS controller (probably just programming difference) due to this different valving. A proper brake upgrade accounts for the valving difference in the calipers, the bias difference between front and rear, and the ABS implications (abs is usually "backed off" a bit as to prevent it from coming on so often).
I just looked up the parts (Mast Cyl, and VSA controller), and they seem to be the same across the 6MT/5AT - so my concern is moot.
What that tells me is that 5AT calipers have identical internal dimensions as the 6MT (the pistons are the same size). All the brembos give you is a slightly larger swept area (slightly bigger rotors and pads), more aggressive pads (bite), and a cool look.
Either way, good luck with the mod. My concern was geniunely focused on technical concerns of this upgrade, which I have never seen discussed here. Most folks seem to think if it bolts on, it works. That's not always the case, but luckily, in this case it seems to be.
I guess I'm pwned...
