got my mirrior torn off helpppp!!

hi ppl i got my mirror broken off today by a drunk driver....he got arrested but now i dunoo what 2 do......i was parked so do i go through insurance cuz its a no fault accident so maybe insurance wont go up or do i just buy a new mirror......and get it fixed? is insurance gona go up ? i need advice asap thanks alot in advance !!!

You can buy a new one and just replace it yourself. It's really easy. Don't go through your insurance.
A new mirror is about $179.18.

drunk driver insurance should pay for your broken mirror .

The other driver's insurance should take care of your mirror without any effect on your premiums. That's the way it should be in your situation. As for the way it really is, I'm not sure if your insurance will be affected or not. Unfortunatly, insurance companies will use any excuse they can to get more money out of us.
