Got mine, finally
After a two month wait, picked up my anthracite 6sp navi w/ underbody kit, Yokohamas and the 18" wheels. The car looks better with this combination than I had imagined. The wheels in particular, w/ the low profile tires are a terrific match, IMHO, with the anthracite color. My 16 year old son, a benchmark, says the car looks "sick". That's good.
So far so good. No vibrations of any kind. Fit and finish is excellent with the exception of the underbody kit. There are noticiable gaps in the front, well-documented in other posts here.
I kept the stock HPT tires and wheels for a rainy day (literally), but had to remind the dealer I was paying for them. The Yokos run well. You can feel the road, but not as much as I had anticipated. I will need to stay away from curbs, though. The rims are definitely vulnerable.
My only complaint of note is that my knees rub against the steering column when I get in and out. I'm an average size guy, and had not noticed this earlier. Anyone else have this experience? I've adjusted the seat and steering column to its maximum clearance, w/ some relief. Seems like this would have been something Acura would have picked up right away.

Congrats on your new car.
I noticed the steering wheel problem too. When I got out of the car after my test drive, I had to move the steering wheel to allow me out. I can live with it though.
I am also contemplating the 18" wheels. What makes you say that they are vulnerable? How much did you ave to pay to keep the stock rims and tires?

The outer edges of the 18" rims stick out a pinch beyond the tires. Not noticeable visually too much, but If you rub your tires against a curb when parking, you could scratch the rims. Don't know what color car you're getting, but the look, I think, is worth the extra care we'll need to take.
The car orginally came with the "summer" tires and stock rims (HPT package). I upgraded to the 18" wheels and Yokohamas for about $2200 more. At that point, I'm paying for 8 tires and 8 wheels, right? So, I asked for a credit on the tires and wheels I was replacing. The dealer offered me a $100 credit for each! They are worth more to me than that, so I told them I'd keep them as extras instead.
As for the ingress/egress problem, you'd think Acura, with all its emphasis on ergonomics, would have made getting in and out of the car easily a fundamental concern. I tell u though, the car is so beautiful and is so fun to drive, I don't care if they have to shoehorn me in.
