Got hit while driving on Saturday afternoon... Wilshire and 3rd, Chevy Suburban made a right lane switch a little too early... Glad my rims aint touched... or else

Body shop quoted the driver's insurance company $3880... He should learn his lesson hard

 

Wilshire and Fig actually, the handle bar came off, rear quarter passenger window cracked a little, rear bumper scratched... I cant believe this happened to me... I even called the police after the accident, 20 mins later... no body ever friggin picks up the emergency call.....so so sad

 

Oouch! Sorry for the accident. It might be cost little more than $3880 once the body shop remove the door and bumper. Make sure to demand other party's insurance to replace any parts with brand new OEM parts, no aftermarket parts, and rental car fee while the car is fixing.

If the accident has no injury, cops won't show up! But if you call 911 and no one pick up, just dial 411 and ask for phone # of nearest police station, but again, if no injury, they will not show up. Good luck!

 

I figured a filing a police report might help insurance company on deciding whos fault it is. I still cant believe no body will pick up the damn phone in 20 mins... If i was injured, I would be bleeding for 20 mins... Anyhow yes I went to classic collision in dt area. They are getting me OEM parts replaced, not repaired. I got an Ultima 2.5s for free till i can pick up my TL again

 

No police report unless there are injuries or extensive property damage.

Looks like things turned out for the better though. Your car is getting new OEM parts and you have a rental to drive around in.
