Exclamation Got Caught By The Police On AcuraZine

So last week i posted up my little mishap in the rain on here with some pictures, thought it would be interasting to post up my stupidity to see what ppl will make out of it and how much bashing i would receive for it, all in good talk.

well, today a cop shows up at my house and asks me, are you vincethe1 from acurazine.com? i was like, wow, i was so not expecting that... .

he was cool, told me not to do/post up stupid shit online...and i realized just how small the world is lol, he said he saw my pics and from the general area he saw my car while driving around....i was simply amazed at my stupidity and the fact that that just happend.

he also told me to leave a message for him on here not to drive recklessly and do stupid things on the road...so there's my message...although i know he's prolly gonna read this post too lol...

well thanx officer for makin me realize that even something like this can show my stupidity lol, i appreciate your generosity of speech and i thank you...although i am still shocked of how this could possibly happen... lol

Makes me wonder if the officer actually owns an Acura, because if not, i don't see how this will happen, mebe just a HUGE coincidence...also when he was driving around my garage happened to be open too...so many coincidences.

I'm glad that happened , because I saw you doing something even more stupid in the future and hurting someone this time. I hope your parents were around too. Yes there are numerous cops on this board..

hmm, this cop doesn't like to follow laws. He should look into Bill Clinton's Internet Privacy Act, to see what can be used to adjudicate a person, considering this is a private website. But then again, if you used the net for an illegal activity and flaunt it, you void the above.

Plus, he must be an Acura fan Cool cop after all.

Best regards, be careful, and stay clean.

At 16, I'm sure you have absolutely no clue how demanding a job of a cop is.

Having most of my best friends being cops/detectives, the hours are sh*tty, the pay is extremely sh*tty (in NYC especially), not to mention the danger.

Thanks to them my city is safe.

PS Still don't like S.I. cops, 122 especially.

at 25K a year (rookie pay salary in NYC) to risk your life, it is insane.

Sounds like a stalker, or like you made that up. I don't know of any police officer who is going to knock on someone’s door, ask them if they posted a picture on the internet and then tell them not to do what ever it was they did in the picture again, if they did not violate a law.

Traffic infractions, with the exception of hit & run accidents, have to be witnessed by a citizen or by the officer for you to get a ticket or locked up.

Unless you end up on 'To catch a predator' with Chris Hansen.

That's crazy isn't it? 92k starting for Santa Clara, CA. 70k Starting for San Jose. I'm still in the debate if I can make the career change to being an officer especially when I currently make a comparable amount.

you guys need to remember that the police also surf the web too, to search for predators and internet scammers etc. it's not like he got a ticket or arrested the oficer told him don't do it again. Was it an invasion of privacy, maybe, that's a very gray area to dwell into. Nonetheless he got caught to some degree. look it as"Big Brother" watching your every move.

Is this incident in reference to your VSA escapade? I don't mean to lecture because I'm not much older than you but hopefully with some more age you'll develop more maturity. Your driving a several ton machine and stunts like that can get you killed and more importantly others. Not to mention property damage. To top it off you bragged about it on an internet forum. Just a thought not a sermon.

i cudn't beleive it was happening eather, i didn't beleive what i was seeing...but i can swear on my life, it happend.

he showd up and told me that if i wanted a ticket he could give me one for hit and run ("leaving the scene of an accident"), for going too fast for conditions, and for my illegally bald tires.

ofcourse, i told him that i wasn't looking to get a ticket...and he told me that my "community service" is to post a thread here to let everyone here know to drive safe, that's what he said...so that's what i did.

weather he could legally have arrested me/given me tickets from the evinence gathered online about something that happened a week ago, idk, i'm not good at this law stuff....but he sure suprised the hell out of me....that's the last thing i could of thought would happen...

thing is though, when i posted this here i did it beause i know i watch vids on youtube of people doin stupid stuff, and crashing....most of the time we see it and put up a stupid comment or laugh at them..but it's kinda like you learn from their mistakes bacause you see better what can happen.

in this case, the only reason i posted it is to show people my mishap on the road...in order for people to rethink driving in the rain or snow....i sure wasn't doing it to try and incriminate myself lol

i thought even if the police had seen this by some miracle, they wouldn't bother with me and my stupidity, i was obviously wrong... although it makes me wonder, some people on that thread took the baching to some extent and even called me some names....makes me wonder if one of our fellow members might have called the "North Las Vegas" police department, becasue they can see where i live in my avatar, and told them around the cross streets of where it happened, because that was in one of my pictures.....mabe that, or it was a coincidence that an officer found this, and it happened to be exactly in his juresdiction....idk, but this whole thing still bothers me
