Hey hows it goin? well im looking to buy a 05 Acura TL with 30kmiles that has a factory warranty. In very good condition. its a black on black, and navigation the dude is asking $21k is that a good price value for that type of car? should i got for it or should i look for a better deal.

21k is way too high for an 05 , especially private sale.
i'd pay around 16-17k max for 05 tl private sale

if you want the factory warranty, why are you buying an 05, private? an 05 is considered out of warranty man; doesn't matter how low the miles are! 4yr/50k
