Is this a good price for HID and tints

8K HID: $200 with installation.
Tint: $140 all around, 5% in back door windows and rear windshield, 35% in front 2 windows

also, has anyone had problems with cops for their HID lights, either in CA or general?

8k hid >> what brand of hid bulbs, 200 seems a little high
tint >> I've heard tint can run from 200+ so I think thats fair, unless its cheap quality

never had any trouble with hid lights here in CA, as long as you aim it properly you'll be fine.

^ prices sound good but what kind of HID kit is it??
IMO I prefer tint the same % all around it just looks better but 5% all around is too dark.

they probably buy off from eBay and plug and play for you and make $100-150 profit out of it. do it yourself.

Im also interested in changing my stock HID's with 7000K HID bulbs. Any suggestions on where I could get a good deal on the bulbs ? and what type of brand I should get?
im located in Toronto though.
