I went to the acura dealership. I had no problem getting a demo because it was the owner of the dealerships demo. I thought I would get the best deal since it had been a demo. The price you got sounds damn good. The acura dealerships on the east coast seem to be the cheapest. I am thinking of coming to Ny or Nj to get my tl. In Columbus,Ohio their are no deals to be had. I love how I have to pay a destination charge when the car is made 20 miles away.

If you compare your deal to Acura911 here is what you both pay per month, including deposit for the term of the lease. The variable that we do not know is how many miles Acura911 has on his lease (12k or 15k). Figure about $20 a month diff between 12k and 15k miles.

What if your rate factor, car cost, residual factor ? These you need to know as well

42 mos = $438 per month
48 mos = $445 per month

48 months is a long time for a lease, the last 6 months you are paying a lot to rent a 3 1/2 yr old car with around 55k miles. What will happen if you require a repair, your warranty is over ?

See if they have a Balloon purchase plan, it may work out better for you (Chase or Honda)

Midwest TL owner here:

Brand new 2004 TL 6MT Non-Navi
$450 per month
42 months
15K miles per year
$0 Down

Granted I have no idea what the residuals are now. Probably lower since I got mine. Plus, your beacon score/credit rating would have an impact on your money factor/interest rate.

IMHO, your deal isn't all that great for this market area. Especially considering I got that deal back in January and it's now the end of April.

Re: lease deal

Prices in So Cal vary greatly, but from what I hear Acura of Mission Viejo is the place to start. I have one ordered from my local dealership at their advertised internet special rate. Check out http://www.acuraofmissionviejo.com/a...s.asp?Model=TL
