is this a good lease?
I was given 539 a month including tax for 48m 15,000 a year. This if for a 6speed with Nav
It sounds like they are not giving me any money off the vehicle.

Doesn't sound that high to me, esp considering little out of pocket and 15K per year...my leasing situation is different, so others may have more to offer than I can...

Not sure what the residual is now on the Navi for 48 mohths, I'm guessing 52% though and if someone knows, let me know and I'll change my guess but....
with the car at MSRP of 35195 and with no discount and money factor of .002375/5.7% and an assumed 6% sales tax, your payment should be around $508 per month.
Too many variables which I don't know regarding your deal though. For example, your money factor/interest rate will fluctuate based on your beacon score or credit history.
