GOOD DEALERS for service
I was wondering if we could start a thread to report all the best dealer service experiences that everyone has in their area including the names of the service personnel. I saw this on one of the infinity threads and thought it was pretty cool.
So far I have heard Tim Hatchet at Bell Acura in Phoenix is a good guys.

Crown Acura, Richmond Va - expensive, but they always return the car extremely clean without any marks or greaseprints. I've had all four people that work in the service dept., zero problems

Gilman Acura = Terrible.. so terrible, I reported them to Gillman corporate and Acura for their unprofessional attitude.

Sales people I dealt with were awesome; service has always been good...they seem to care and really try to fix the problem and accomodate the customer.

Can you give me a link to the thread in the Infiniti forum so I can get some ideas?

Weir Canyon Acura/Honda in Anahiem Hills CA has always taken care of our 05 Odyssey and 05 TL. The sales and service guys are very helpful, no pressure. very relaxed atmosphere. But I also think for every good experience someone will come up with a bad experience for the same dealer. I think someone in the 2G TL group had problems with them

I've only needed routine maintenance in the 1-1/2 years I've had my car. Rallye Acura in Roslyn, Long Island, NY gets a thumbs up from me. The interior and exterior of my car is pristine and they've never messed it up during service. They always treat me with courtesy, perform the service quickly, and have a nice lounge area to wait in while they service your car.

I've had good experiences at Bridgewater NJ, both warranty (replaced seat memory module) and routine (oil change for an MDX).
I also bought some oil filters there for my TL, and they threw in a bunch of drain plug washers gratis.

San Jose, CA area
- Sunnyvale Acura - terrific, esp Doug Cedusky. New service manager is ex-GM and not quite in the premium automobile frame of mind.
- Stevens Creek Acura - terrible, verging on the dishonest. Always try to oversell a simple oil change as needing $200 of extras.

Schaller in Manchester CT
It doesn't get better than Schaller Acura in Manchester, CT. I travel 25 miles and bypass two other dealers in order to have Dave Wiltse and his crew look after my car.
This is my third Acura (an '87 Legend coupe, a '91 Legend coupe and now an '05 TL) and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I have owned Audis, BMWs and a Mercedes and would match any of those dealerships to Schaller... and Schaller will win.

I got no clue, never been to a service department, and dont know why
I would go there unless the car has problems, and none so far.
I changed the oil a few times, and the transmission lube, and other than that,
it just gets gas put in it.
