Grab it if the carfax checks out. You can get it for less than that with the new TLs coming out and deals on the current TL's.

I was at an Acura dealer in Verona NJ last week. They had pretty much the same exact car, but an 08, with around 5k miles. They offered it to me for 29k even.
It was a Acura managers car, so it was never titled.
I went to the dealer looking for an 07 with some miles on it. They said they had none. So I said ok, asked to use the mens room, when I came out, they offered me this one, for the 29k. I would think you could get them to come down a little more.
This one is probably about 1 1/2 hours drive from the other one you are looking at.
Good luck.

That's an even better deal. Play the '08 on the '07. Newer car, half the miles, same price. The S-type is a$36K car, even with a clearance you won't get more than $4K off the sticker. I wish my dealer had one (they didn't) I would jump on that '08 price.

my friend just got NBP 07 TL-S 6spd with 14k mi from private party for 29,250. So I can attest that this silver one seems to be decently priced.
