My patience is starting to run thin with this car...from the small problems to now the large ones.. It started with the window tint having to be replaced 3 times on the front windows...to the rattle I get from the Sub on the rear deck. This issue is another that they've f*cking worked on about 3 times aready. My wife drive the car more than me and even she's noticed a considerable lag in performance and pickup lately. The other day the front window wouldn't roll up properly, and she noticed the VSA light staying lite.. So we took the car in...and they gave us a TSX. That damn car feels better than our TL...not mention I never new how much better the stereo sounded... Well I just got a call from the dealer and he told me that my tranny had to be replaced, and that the VSA computer had to be replaced because both have gone bad. He reassured me that this has not happend to any other TL to his knowledge... What does he think i was born yesterday?? Anyways enough venting... Has anyone else come across any issues like this?? I'm trying to do some research on the Lemon Laws..

Sorry to here about your issues. I've got an 04 thats had its fair share of rattles etc. but pretty solid performance other than tires etc. What did they say was wrong with the transmission? Are you using David McDavid in Plano?? If so, I would love to hear your comments on their service. Thats who I plan to use when (if) the time comes..

Please dont get too discouraged Anup. I can see you are in Plano and Im assuming you took it to David Mc David. They are really good people there and Im sure they will do what they can to help you get these issues resolved. If not let me know, I know alot of people up there.

Sorry to hear about your issues... I didnt have any major issues on my 04...except for a couple of rattles that were solved by the dealer, got my turanzas replaced once for free, and had to get the driveline belt and pulley replaced (the pulley was defective and was causing the belt to wear out)
