^ it def would be an excuse ................because i just got my TL in DEC and it got hit .............and when i tried to trade it in after it was fixed dealers tried to tell me without looking at the car we offer 26K the when they inspected it they said ...................it has been hit so 23,500.............highest 24,500............

then if i get the cars i was looking at they are 30 and up so i go back to car payments .......can't do it ............i am trying to see what no payments fells like for a long while...................

I know these vehicles aren't exactly being purchased for fuel economy, but the TL get's about 6-10MPG's better than the G8 according to the data on fueleconomy.gov. With gas prices they way they are, it's something to consider (assuming you'd be using it as your daily driver). Most TL user reported and EPA mileages are between 23-27MPG. The G8 (V8 engine) gets no more than 18 on any of the trims/years.

Depends on the type of driving. In stop and go, mine gets down around 13-15mpg and it's been that way since brand new. Still gets 30+ on the freeway. It looks like many G8 owners get around 25mpg on the freeway.
