G35 vs 335i (Vid)

My 06 modded sedan w 120k miles vs an 09 335i xDrive w/ muffler delete and 44k miles. First gear roll because I couldnt hook well off the line. I do spin through most of 1st but I remain 1/2 a car or so behind into 4th gear when we did a dig run.

What happens after 70mph? Cool that you were able to stay ahead for that long, I think he would start to pull back at higher speeds tho.

^ We had a run from a dig to ~90mph. He had me by a little less than a car at the end. My car hangs pretty well with him into 4th. I get him only off a roll because of my crap tires. He's getting a jb4 tune so I won't be challenging him anymore lol

Also, I had my fuel system cleaned recently and removed a ton of crap. Cleaned the valves and everything. New spark plugs, alignment and other little things made my car feel much better throughout the rev range.

Yeah, I've run a couple of tuned ones. You don't wanna mess with those.

Update: Did a 2nd gear roll to ~100mph. Got him by a nose. He says his tranny doesn't shift as fast as mine does. Not sure if serious. Lol

Never did. I'm going to get it tuned soon. I'll post the numbers when I do. This car has held up phenomanally; took 100k miles of hard driving. I'm thinking about getting a G37 sedan 6MT next.
