Hey guys. I've been slowly modding my TL for the past couple years now and this coming spring I'd like to go with the XLR8 quad-tip exhaust, but I have an 05 TL.....obviously the quad-tip won't fit without the Type-S lip. My question is, should I just replace the whole rear bumper and get the lip, or should I cut my stock bumper and put the lip on?

 

I would save some money, cut the stock bumper to make the type-s lip fit.
