Fun while it lasted, happy trails

I traded in my 2004 TL, SSM, 5AT navi a couple of weeks ago on a 2007 CR-V, EX-L, Tea Green, AWD, navi.

A few stats: 34k miles, 42 months of ownership, two speeding tickets (16 and 22 over), $13k worth of front end repair, $18500 trade-in, $2300 recouped from a deminished value claim.

So if you see a good deal on vin 19UUA662X4A011793 (TX W07-SVL) the Pirelli's only have about 1k miles on 'em, the steering is not as light as it once was, it drives fairly straight and I only had it over 100 a few times .

My overall Acura experience was great up until my accident (uninsured, unlicensed SUV driver failed to yield). The repair and subsequent warranty work experience was not so great.

So now it's back to my Honda brand roots. Thanks for all the input and great info on this forum.

A CR-V? Please tell us there's a "family reason" for that move.

The new CRV is nice, watch for an oil leak, there have been lots of 07 crv's with the rear main seal leaks, ive replaced 4 already!

My daughter has an 05 CR-V and our friend just got asn 07.

I really like the new design. It is a very practical and comfortable car. I think you will miss the V6 power (But probably not miss the speeding tickets)

Best wishes.
