Front Splash Guards

I ordered the protection package for my TL off eBay for $185US + shipping (Buy Now price). ($218US shipped). At my dealer this costs $450CDN (taxes in) which is about $369US at today's exchange rate. So I saved about $150 buying from the US. I shipped this to my uncle in Michigan to save on Canadian taxes/duty.

The package comes with the all season mats, trunk tray and splash guards (front and rear).

My car already has the front splash guards so I was trying to figure out why I got the front ones are part of the package. I checked the acura.ca website and went through the build and price options, only the rear splash guards are available.
acura.com sells all four splash guards.

I assume all Canadian TLs come with the front splash guards standard and US TLs don't have any splash guards as standard equipment.

you should have convinced your dealer to make the protection package free, that's what most of us did!

Correct.

You should've checked out the FS section... there were people selling their splash guards (after getting the A-Spec kit)... and some have subs in their trunk which means they no longer use the trunk tray and could've sold it to you for less.

When I bought my TL I didn't think about asking for anything to be thrown in, but I got a decent deal on the price, so its ok.

I didn't think about checking the FS section because I needed the tray and mats. The combo price I got is pretty decent, and with the recent promo eBay and PayPal were running I got 10% off this order, so it really cost me a little over $200 shipping included for the tray, mats and splash guards (which I consider a bonus).

Next time if I need anything, I'll check the FS section, its just a little harder to get anything with the border and taxes.
