Is it possible to clear out the yellow part of the front two lights?

Yes, and it's a popular mod here. Do a search for "cleared headlight" and you should find lots of threads on the subject.

Check it out clear headlights

I got alot of mods done to my car and one of them are the CLEAR HEAD LIGHTs u guys could check it out this is a page ive made for my baby....
