Front grill?

I need some dIY help. I couldn't find it on the forum or interweb. How exactly does the front grill come out/off? I want to paint it black but I'm not about to just go ripping n pulling

Theres a DIY in the garage let me find it but in either case you could plastidip it. I plasti dipped mine it's great because it gets what you want black and what you didn't want to rub off

Edit:: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/e-073-diy-custom-grill-mod-cutting-adding-grill-mesh-lots-pics-748647/
Instructions weren't too clear but sounds easy enough

You have to remove the whole front bumper in order to remove the grill.

i originally wrapped mine in 3M glossy black vinyl.

Not really digging any of the plasti-dip finishes. Yeah it's a quicker, cheaper, and easier alternative to vinyl wrapping but it doesn't give you that nice GLOSSY SHINY BLACK finish.

The dull, flat/matte black finish of the plasti dip makes it look pretty cheesy...

If anyone prefers plasti dip grill compared to "sharksbreath" gloss black vinyl grill than you're blind...

Gloss Black Vinyl >>>> Plastidip when it comes to front and rear trim

i always wash my car by hand, but there is a chance yes. It just takes a few good rubs with moderate pressure with your finger to start rolling plastidip off.

touchless wash may be better suited if you have to use an automated wash.

I thought about it but honestly I doubt any harm will come from it You figure there's people that spray there rims while it's still on the car so all of it ends up on the rotors etc that sounds way more dangerous
