I had someone hit me in a parking lot and scratch the hell outa the front bumper, I'd like to replace w/a TlS bumper and install the lower fogs. Has anyone done this and is it feasible or do I just go w/ TL bumper? Also the trim piece that is on the front of the hood was cracked does anyone know where to get a new one and what the hell its called?

 

Can someone help this member? Are you talking about the chrome hood trim?

A 07-08 TL-S bumper will fit your 05 just as well as a 04-06 TL bumper.
Keep in mind if you buy a bumper from the dealer, it only comes primered. You will have to get it painted.
If you upgrade bumpers and add fogs, you will also have to replace most of the main and lower grill parts, including wiring. The total facelift will cost around $1K.

 

I don't think u can get it complete like that, will have to get it separate, u can get the lip already painted

Finding a bumper can be a PITA.

A new painted one will run $500+.
Other options are the AZ Black Market, eBay, craigslist, junkyards, etc.
