For those who plan or do their own oil change, you might want to check out the Fram Sure Drain. It is a replacement for the drain plug. It comes with a metal dust cap that goes on top of the replacement drain plug and a short hose. The hose has a metal colar that screws on the replacement drain plug and has a valve release mechanism. When you change the oil, you unscrew the dust cap. When you screw on the hose, only then will the oil flow out. A lot easier trying to carefully remove the plug to avoid getting the hot oil on your arm or on the garage floor.

This gadget is again for those who prefer to do there own oil change.

I saw it at Walmart for $12. You will need to match the original bolt thread and depth. Do not know if it will fit the 04 TL. The Fram website does not show the 04 TL yet. Does anyone know if the 04 TL drain plug is the same as any older Acura/Honda model?
