This car would have went for his asking price had he done this.

I could HONESTLY see the 2nd Gen and up RL's being a very veritable upgrade to the 3G. AWD, 3.5 and when done right, a great balance of sport and luxury!

^they are so cheap for 180,000 miles.
Ive seen plenty of one owner RL's with high mileage go for around $8-12k.

and a high mileage J series has nothing to worry about.

I'm happy to say this is the truth. However, its almost unbelievable because the 2g RL is (IMO) probably the best car that Acura has ever engineered.

Now then, if you're serious about throwing boost on that RL and really live in Houston, I'll be happy to assist in your project. To my knowledge there was only one guy that boosted his 2g RL and the thread really wasn't all that detailed or informative.

So what will it be, turbo?

yes, thinking of what you did with the J35 in the accord chassis.

if I can get a really really nice high mileage RL, I'm down.
we can even leave the car in Dallas!

I'm not sure how I overlooked this profound post.

So you want to buy an RL and go straight to work on it huh?

Has an interesting trunk system as well. Not sure if it's included.
