Forget the MID and never change your oil again!

If the site looked somewhat professional, and the bottles somewhat nicely done, I may start to believe that there is a possibilty that it may be able to do half of that.

I just looked at that website - Biggest bullshit I've seen for a while! At least it looks like it. Dont buy that sh*t.

Actually I did hear a few years ago that this guy in a toyota camry went 200,000 miles with out ever changing his oil. Sounds like BS, but it was on the news and everything!

Well, they DO offer a pretty stout warranty. I kinda wonder if it's relabeled Mobil 1 myself.

Would the MID simply never indicate that an oil change was needed in this case?

no..MID does not monitor your oil, it monitors your driving habits and decreases as you drive

Actually, SynLube stuff and website has been around for quite some time. The products are actually really good, but I don't think I would use a "lube for life" product.

That's nothing, I haven't used oil in my '72 Dart for about 14 years now. 'course that's when I threw a rod.
