should of put it right behind grill.. lol.. ohh well.. i guess u can do this mod if you get short CAI... i saw on this page that you could ether get a long CAI or shot CAI. i guess short would be by upper engine,.. not reachin all the way down..

YES - This is where it SHOULD be - close to the road, BELOW the fog! Duh!
This is one of the areas where Acure cut corners on the TL. They use the same lights as are the DRLs in Canada. They gave us crappy fog lights and NO DRLs.

I don't know about your TL, but my TL's fogs shoot on the road, right in front of me... they are fine where they are

In heavy fog, it is usually lighter or clear just above the ground, so the lights can penetrate further. Also, the higher the lights, the more the fog reflects the light back at you. This is the reason that fog lights are ALWAYS as low as possible.
