Forgive me if I missed seeing this elsewhere, but my back seatbelts on my 04 TL- the ones without the pretensioners- the right and left rear passengers- not the middle- retract poorly and slowly and even hang floppy...no way to tighten them they tell me- have had one replaced (that's another story when a Socal dealer's service dept. dirtied my back seat area and broke the backseat bolt- and then gave it back to me like that )- didn't fix it- and may have it replaced again. Have seen on the car new that it just does this. Anyone else bothered by this- and was able to really fix it. I'm told it's just a design flaw and replacing the seatbelt unit won't correct it.
