What's up guys. I just bought my first Acura, a 2008 TL base 5AT w/ Nav CBP and I am excited to get started with some mods. In your opinion what are the first mods I should be looking to do? I really like the look of the a-spec under body and possibly some rims. Any advice for a newbie would be greatly appreciated.

For looks: tint 1st, Aspec kit 2nd, rims 3rd
For performance: many but RV6 V3 Jpipe is the best for your bucks

 

Don't forget a new rear sway bar. Big bang for your buck on this one.

tint, debatch the rear, a spec kit, and maybe some led mods if you into that..

 

Do some preventative maintenaince work too.

Switch out the transmission fluid with Type-F.

I would do some tints, aspec body, maybe springs and shocks

Im with the others, start off with some tint. Also keep in mind to purchase the aspec kit all together at once instead of 1 by 1. It'll save u few hundred bucks

I would go performance over appearance when it comes to mods. But that's just me.

Welcome to the neighborhood. Tints are always the best first mod. After that, the Aspec Kit does wonders for the looks. After that-your choice!

I appreciate all the advice and I think the consensus is to get tint first but I'm not sure ha.

I started with tint. It looks good and keeps the car cooler in the summer. After that, you should look into the A-Spec kit, it changes the whole look of the car.

 

Where is the best/cheapest place to find the a-spec body kit?
