Picked up my 05 SSM/Ebony/5AT with Nav on Friday. I traded an 03 tl type S for the 05.
Only a couple of hundred miles so far but I am very impressed. The car rides very tight
and no rattles so far! Handling seems much better than my 03 and much less body roll.
The interior is a major improvement and more fitting for a car of this caliber. Navigation system, DVD-A surround sound and voice control is great.

but, didnt you lose alot of money by trading in your '03??? I never understand why people trade newer cars in because you dont get near what you could by selling it privately - unless you dont need the extra money

 

I know I could have gotten a better price if I would have sold my 03 outright, but did not want the hassle. The dealer gave me 21000 for my trade in and Kelly Blue book lists the private party price
at 22,105.00 so I don't think I did too bad

I traded in my 2002 after only less than two years to get my 2004. I could've gotten a better price if I'd sold it myself, but simply didn't have the time.
