Congrats!! Looks great. I've been debating the mud gaurds. Can't wait for mine!! Don't you just love this Jan weather in the Northeast?!?! I know it won't last for long. We'll probably get buried when mine is delivered.

FYI another plug. I purchased the mud guards online at

http://www.stores.ebay.com/id=10587248&ssPageName=L2

He is cheaper than buying directly from Acura and they are genuine parts

Like you i wasnt sure until after I got the car and noticed all the tar being kicked up on the light color paint that I decided I needed them.

Good Luck

K40 is a indash mounted radar/lazar detecter.
Warning lights can be indash mounted or ondash mounted(box).
The sensor is mounted on the front (optional rear) license as a bracket.
Price I'm not sure of. I think around 300+.

Do you have an EZ-pass mounted in the window and under the license plate?

Where in the car did you mount the hwy/city, on/off & volume toggles for the k40? How much did it run? How easy to install?

I had it professionally installed. The switch is located under dash on drivers side. It is pretty easy to set volume and change between city/highway. No wires anywhere and undetectable from the outside.
