Finally Completed Mod to '04 TL
I have finally made all of the modifications to my 04 Anthracite TL i interest in making. Pic soon to follow once I figure out how to post them but here are some of the mods:
OEM A-Spec Underbody Kit
Chrome OEM Rims
2007 Type S rear lights and clear side markers
Alpine Iva-D901 DVD Headunit (connected optically)
Alpine TAU XM-T020 XM module
Alpine CHA-S634 6-disc CD changer
Alpine PXA-501 Processor
Two (2) sets Boston Z6 Speakers (Front-biamped and Rear)
Boston Pro 6 (Center)
Boston G5 12 inch subwoofer
Viper 931XV Alarm System
OptimaŽ Yellow Top Battery
Two (2) Tsunami 2-Farad Capacitor
Two (2) JL 300-2 amps (one for front Z6 woofers, one for Z6 rear)
One (1) JL 300-4 amp (front for front Z6 tweeterw, rear for rear Z6)
One (1) JL 500-1 powering the subwoofer
Amps and Subwoofer (fiberglass enclosure in wheel well) under false floor in trunk.
Inside of entire car from front door to trunk was disassemble for Dynamat.
I get the best of both world with my stereo system (quality and loudness). I'll wait for aftermarket navi (Northern VA needs to slow down on road construction).

Impressive sound setup. I'd love to see those pics, since I know I'll never get to hear that. I bet that cost you a pretty penny.

I forgot to add that I lost the Acura bluetooth capability when I when with the aftermarket system, but was able to add an aftermarket Motorola Voice Activated Car Kit IHF1000 that is integrated with my Alpine IVA-D901 DVD Head unit.

WOW, that alpine headunit is wicked!!! my friend has the d310 but yours isnt touchscreen i dont think....i guess because of the high quality dpi pixels. congrats on your system, you must have spent a pretty penny or two on that setup.

The descriptions you put on them when you uploaded to photobucket will not transfer. All the sites look for is the HTML code. You could write a description in between the code when typing the message.
I went to your photobucket webpage and took the IMG CODE, the 3rd selection under the picture and put it in the message. Make sure you put your photobucket account on private. It's under the options.
Take a look at the code for this message and look at the image code the is all you need. Click the "quote button" and look at it. This is all you need to get your pictures up on the forum. How you have posted it is ok, all people have to do is click the image and it will expand.
By the way looks NICE!!

Damn...looks like if you wanted to keep going you would have to get creative with mounting. Those amps with the sub look like they just barely fit the length of the trunk!
Looks good though. Question: Did you dynamat the floor and roof of the car too, or was it just the doors, trunk and rear deck? How much dynamat did it take?

Yeah, now people won't be able to go in and use your album, unless you give them the password.

Sounds like you planned it well then. There are too many times when people put systems in that they think will be the best, but then realize that they want to add more, but have to redo the entire thing, which in my mind is a complete waste of time and money!!
That's a lot of mat! I'd be interested in finding out how much weight you added to the car with the mat and the whole system.
