After months of looking I think I found one...2008 TL Type S
NBP with 35XXX, 2 owners, leased for the first 10XXX. clean Carfax, Acura certified used car, brand new tires, pads, and rotors. $25000 + tax and tag.
I haven't seen or test driven the TL, its 3 hours away. Any thing I should be looking at other than the obvious when I go pick it up?
Thanks for the help!

looks pretty good so long as everything checks out when you get there.
like imj02527 said, check everything out carefully. test drive it with the radio off and listen for anything abnormal. don't let the salesman yack in your ear in the passenger seat. they tend to do that sometimes.
check all the body panels for the same VIN number as well.
price looks decent. good luck!

Price is seems good for retail with that mileage. How long have they had it? They may be willing to drop it a bit if it's been sitting on the lot for a couple of weeks. I've recently seen a local Acura dealer with a couple of TL-S's that dropped the price from $25-> $22.5k after 2 weeks. (CPO's, but accidents appeared in both CarFaxes, and ~55k miles) They want to get the cars moving..
I just picked mine up a little over a week ago. 37k, also 2 owners, leased for first 29k miles. clean carfax as well. Was a CPO when 2nd owner bought it with transferable warranty good for another 2 years. Tires, pads, were not brand new, but over 90%. I paid $24k (excluding tax/fees) through private seller.

Keep in mind that sometimes the actual certification doesn't mean shit. The dealer that certified my car did a piss poor job at it. I spent some "quality" time with Acura Client Services. The warranty on the other hand is good to have.
Also....since your TL is less than 50K miles and newer than a 2007 you can purchase an Acura Service Contract. I had one when I had my CL and it saved me thousands.
