Are you saying your trans has been replaced 3 times and now going on four? If so, it's pretty safe to say the problem is in the electronics and has been improperly diagnosed. It's fairly common for the 3rd and 4th gear sensors to take a dump by 60,000 miles or sooner and cause slipping. It's an electronic problem causing and mechanical problem. A little more info would be nice. Overall there are very few auto transmission problems with the 3rd gen compared to the earlier units. I would say no worse than any other manufacturer. If only Acura would recommend a sane service interval with the crap Z1 fluid, everyone would be in good shape.
"tranny tranny tranny" was just an expression meaning alot of ppl since i been on the forum are having tranny problems. sorry for confusion.
i have a couple threads about me problems and info

azzyork, the problem is that transmissions aren't failing all over the place like they did on the 2nd Gen TL. The 3G transmission is pretty good, however it's people that abuse it that it mostly fails on. For example how many people here are buying their cars new? Most of them are used, and for this reason new owners expect the old ones did the maintainance, which they never did. Trans fluid is only good for so long, and running it past the service limits is just asking for trouble.
As well in your post, you fail to mention what problem in particular! A trans problem could be from a simple electrical sensor failing to the whole trans shredding itself.

The fluid in these trannys should be changed (3x3 method) every 30k miles in my opinion. 60k for severe service, or 100k for normal service, is ridicilous and asking for trouble. Z1 fluid isn't synthetic, isn't designed for extended drains, and oxidizes and shears within 20k miles in a lot of cases.
azzy- take a look in gen2 thread- Tranny Failure,,it starts about 8 years ago and has post up to last year! 20 pages or so..details the clutch disc wearout from low oiling- the recall for 2nd gear external oil kit install (which may apply to some early gen3)
there is a known weak spot in the 04 05 oiling, which carried gen2 problems with it~
The type of problem is whats important to leading to a diy fix, or a Goodwill request to acura warranty
Since you are new here- it helps to scroll thru and read the threads of similar title to whatever your question or problem is, or try the search feature
Plenty of info on about 90% of subjects- including one on how many gen3 have trans failure
go for a free test drive with a big name shop- get their diagnosis, report back
