man sorry to see this ... looks very minor though a good body shop should be able to bring you back to a 100 percent preaccident condition

On the lighter note, my insurance adjuster called this morning and said he was in the area and came by my house to survey the damage. As of tomorrow morning, I will be dropping it off at a good well known body shop and picking up my rental at the nearby enterprise. Resevervation is all set for that. I would drive my car till next week but, the cover for the Hid's have broken off exposing wires and on the cover obviously it says do not remove because of 24,000 volts so I covered it up with a plastic grocery bag for time being in case it rains

Sorry to see that happen. Glad to see the damage isn't worse. Your local body shop should be able to get that done for you. I would recommend you buy the paint from your acura dealership though.

You can barely see it. Might be able to just buff that out.

I used to like trucks but not so much now... I used to have one as well it was an 06 Nissan Frontier Nismo Crew Cab awesome truck but was costing me on gas. I just cannot stand people who don't know how to drive them. Anyways, according to my damage report it looks like a new fender, wheel well, all other plastics associated with it, headlamp assembly good thing on this that my drivers side looks really clear and not faded so that should not show any difference, and a new bumper and I get to take it to the body shop I choose which is very reputable and been around close to 100 years. As soon as this gets fixed I will post some pictures

Yes, I don't see why not. Usually anything like a 3 stage pearl white or a special black is harder to match but your color is forgiving, it blends pretty well.

Just dropped off my car at the body shop and picked up the rental. Talking about an upgrade, I was not put into some compact or subcompact car. At first they were going to get me in a Kia Sorrento not too bad alot better then a squishy little car but even better upgrade to a 2011 Dodge Ram crew cab at same rate after their manager asked me which car was getting repaired after telling him it was an 06 Acura TL he immediately asked if I would be interested in an upgrade for a Dodge Ram

Actually is a 2010 Ram SLT 4.7 V8 5AT not 2011. After driving this truck for few days all I got to say is this truck has definitely improved from the older model hands down. The ride quality is impressive does not bounce around over bumps and ruts on roads. Good acceleration but my car will smoke it.. I have to park the truck outside because it will not fit in the garage way to big. Height barely a squeeze, length forget it. Overall, it is good truck and I would recommend this if the reliability holds up in next 10 years. I sure cannot wait to get my TL back though I am missing it
