I'd be interested in a set of clear lenses with all smoked components and amber bulbs in the turn signals pending final price and looks.

Yes, all tinted, amber turn signal bulb (ala Mercedes, VW, etc...) and black chrome or body color (in my case NBP) frame.
What would the price be roughly and how long would it take? I am a broke college student, so I do have priorities with $$. If the price is reasonable and I can budget it in, I'd be down!

See my post above about the different available lenses.
To create a chrome on clear look like thise, all you have to do is replace the outer red lens with a 07 TL OR TL-S outer clear lens.
I'll be so glad when 06WDP gets the other lights in can take pictures of the different parts to better describe this.

Stockers tinted by Rockblocker
or lese you'd need:
TL-S outer lens (clear
TL-S inner frame
Stocker 04-06 "clear lens" custom tinted.
I think that would look extra sharp, but you're looking at $300 at a minimum.

If I pop out the red signal len on the TL S and just leave as it is, I don't think it would look nice.
So deciding...if I should get another base TL tail lamp >_<

Yes. Now you see what I'm saying. If all you want to do is change the TL-S turn signals from red to clear, you would need to remove the red TL-S inner lens and replace it with a stock 04/06 inner lens... and buy yellow LEDs/bulbs.

I disagree with the fact that clearing the healights is a more involved process. I cleared my headlights so I am not speculating or guessing. I have done both and the tails are a much more difficult process due to the fact that you cannot separate the lens by baking. They must be cut open without damaging the inner pieces or the outer lens and housing. Then they must be resealed completely so they dont leak.
I leave this one to the experts.

Yes kennedy is right. I will have the 07 tails tommarrow and I am hoping to get them done this weekend (I have a few vehicles I have to work on first). I have to install a K40 and V1 in a 07 Range Rover Sport S/C tommarrow, if I get it done early enough I may start in the evening. If not I will get them done this weekend.

Seriously, don't seal them up until you snap photos of the possible combinations to folks an Idea of what will be available
I think swapping the clear lens from a TL-S tail with a red lens from an 04/06 will give a neat "blacked out inner frame" look, that would look super hot a dark car.

I appologize immensely for the delay. I have responded to kennedy's PM, I was sick for the past week. Flu or something. Couldnt work on the project or any of my customers vehicles so the past couple days I pushed myself to get back on track with my clients and fulfill my schedule. As I told Kennedy, I am going to work on the tails between today and tommarrow. I was also waiting for the 07 tails which I have recieved and I was awaiting a base tail (04-06) Because I had to cut one of mine up for R&D to see how it was built so I needed the replacement to make a pair. That showed up yesterday, so I now have all the pieces to do it. Again I am very sorry for the delay but I havent forgotten or dissappeared.

Well, A Chrome on Clear Drivers side taillight is complete. Silicone is curing right now then it will be tested for leaks. It looks awesome! They are going to compliment the TL very nicely in the right application. As soon as silicone cures, I will take and post pictures of the final product.
