faulty struts on regular tl?

hey guys

i'm looking at the tl for my wife and of course the type s is catching my eye. but i have seen too many posts for the faulty struts on the type s. is this problem only on the type s or do regular tl's have suspension problems too.

guys with the regular tl's please chime in and let me know if there are any suspension issues on your car.

thanks

You mean total failure or just wear out
Depending on the roads you face- the struts could need replacement at 70k miles
or some go much longer
Anything after 50 is fair game to upgrade to a better shock anyway, makes the car
like new

Now before I get flamed- what I meant was: it is ~POSSIBLE~ you may need struts at 50k- thats if you live in pothole city and running over freeway bumps and things like that all the time
Lots of action going on!
Brakes make the car stop
Good Shocks make it stop faster
