Euro Side Mirrors?

does anyone know if we can get euro mirrors for our car? Not the ricey ones w/ the blinkers that you see on civics, but these

if you look closely, you'll see that 2/3 of the mirror is normal, but the other 1/3 shows your blind spot, so now you won't have to turn your head everytime you want to check your blind spot.

^Those are great. I had it on my older car but doesn't that take away the auto dim setting?

The ones I bought have a blue tint which acts like anti-glare. Similar to our side mirrors. You win some you lose some i guess.
