Did you try to drive the car in a tunnel and open the windows and push near the rev limiter ?

The sound is amazing, it's hard to discribe but give it a try, it's worth it.

I think our TL sound better than infiniti G35. My boss has an FX35 and the sound seems to be good first but after some miles i find it annoying each time you start you hear it even if you are not at Wide open throttle. Our Tl knows how to be quieter if we need to relax and i like it.

 

G35 is a lot louder all the time and sometimes gets annoying . TL seems quiet till you go WOT , which is fun to do once in a while.

 

I'm with you - I have a Mugen titanium exhaust on the S2000, but that is a sports car, and needs to sound like one. I like the TL's Q-ship muted sound at normal speeds, and the sound it makes when warp-7 gets invoked, the VTEC gets the cams in the "fun-time" zone. and that pesky 525i in your mirror gets smaller and smaller and smaller.

Last rainy night , when drove to dealer I smoke G35(on my old EL-42), and my TL did it soo easy whith very nice sound.

 

The other night I needed to merge and a ricer was playing defense .. you know the whole annoying whine of nothing but muffler and wing. I punched it made the merge and left him with nothing but that gorgeous exhaust note and a look on his face ..

 

Today on wet road TSX Michelin, spining like Old EL42 is Better?
