Alright after searching for several hours i'm stumped. I have an 04 TL. Ever since i bought it i noticed some problems it had:

1. When i stat the car the driver side HID flickers then shuts off (friend who has same car said 100% ballast problem) However when i unplug the passenger side HID the driver side HID stays lit for longer. Sometime i would go whole nights driving with the driver side HID not turning off once ONLY IF THE PASSENGER SIDE WAS UN_PLUGGED.

2. Driver side seat heater didn't work UNTIL i unhooked both HID's. I'm currently driving on my fog lights which gives me limited viewing distance but cops don't mind and my ass is warm which is a big thing if you live here in New England.

3. I noticed my driver side front LED marker doesn't blink when i lock/unlock/use blinker.

4. Sometimes the automatic up/down power windows feature (windows go up and down by themselves after only applying force once) on my driver side doesn't work.

What is going on? Are all these issues related or did i just buy a car that happens to have many driver side features defective?

It's also important that i note i have significant corrosion build-up on both positive and negative terminals on the battery just few weeks after each time i clean them. I've heard that corrosion can weaken and eventually kill the battery (i've had a few times where my car won't start and i have to go clean the battery terminals on the spot before it ignites) BUT is that really the cause of all/some of my issues?

Also, this is a little off topic but, it take FOREVER before the vents are blowing warm air and sometimes they don't even blow warm air but just actually cold air even with the temp set to HI. This is probably and issue independent of the rest but i figured i'd ask anyways.

I'm fairly auto-savy when it comes to mechanical issues but i just can't seem to understand the electrical system in a car.
