Ed Voyles Acura in Atlanta is top notch..
I'm not sure if you guys remember me bitching about having a clicking/pulsing in my clutch, but i'll give you the cliffnotes seeing that i never posted a follow up and never named names..
-Took my TL to Jackson Acura in Roswell to have them check out my clutch. 2 months and 4 visits later they changed the clutch assembly as well as the clutch start up switch and the problem still continued..
-My car was out of warranty by about a month or two (when this problem first strarted in February it was in warranty) by time i got annoyed and contacted Ac Customer Service in Cali.
-They got me in contact w/ the service manager at Ed Voyles and they replaced the assembly as well serviced the entire clutch system and my clutch was finally after 3 months operating the way it should.
This was about 2 months ago that then fixed my car. Then two days ago i heard a whine coming from under the hood and i happened to be in the area today so i decided to swing by and have them check it out. The problem was that a bearing on the belt tensioner was on its way out and that is what was making the noise. Not realizing that the tensioner installed would be $350 (could do it myself for about $100) i told them just to button her back up and i might bring it back later in the week schedule permitting. Well, seeing that they had it apart the just did it anyway hoping that Ac would cover it when they submit the paperwork on monday. If they don't, they end up eating the cost on their own..
This kind of customer service is what will bring me back to their shop for future service and possible for 4th gen TL-S when they are available..

BTW in all fairness i am not trying to bad mouth Jackson, i am just stating the facts. I had it there 4 times and the problem continued. The Service Dir there called me personally to follow up but i opted not to call him back because i had already been in contact w/ Ac Cust Service out West and i had set up an appointment w/ Kevin Lombard (Service Dir at Ed Voyles) prior to getting the voicemail from Jackson. The way i saw it, they already had 4 shots at trying to fix it and it was time to move onto another shop and someone else have a shot at it.
Just in case anyone from Ed Voyles sees this. This was me, and thanks again.

Yeah, Ed Voyles is the best. I always take my car there for service.
What suspension are you running? Your wheels are sitting pretty flushed.

Its just the angle of the pic. I was at my front door (elevated about 3 feet) when i took the pic of it in my driveway. Its a 6 speed w/ A-spec suspension, comptech bushings, comptech rear sway, and red stuff pads. Other than that and the tint, its bone stock.
